The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires a fire risk assessment is carried out on any non-domestic premises, including measures to reduce or eliminate the risk of fire, and identify persons at risk. As well as commercial properties, communal areas of residential buildings are also covered under the Order. This includes blocks of flats and HMOs.
Our fire risk assessor will attend your site, liaise with the responsible person and conduct a thorough review of your building. A comprehensive report is then issued with findings and recommendations included along with a timescale of when the work should be completed, where applicable.
